Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Firefight Labs, LLC (“Firefight Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website and the applications we develop. We keep our practices deliberately simple, and we collect as little information as possible.
Information this website collects
This website does not require you to create an account, and it does not collect personal information from you as you browse. If you choose to contact us — either by emailing us directly or by using the contact form — we receive the name, email address, and message you provide so that we can read and respond to your inquiry. We use that information only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Information our applications collect
Our applications are designed around restraint, and they collect only what they need to function. Where an application collects or stores information, that behavior and any applicable permissions are described in the application itself and in its App Store listing at the time it is released. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate a service you have asked us to provide, or as required by law.
Third-party services
We may use a small number of reputable third-party services for website hosting, email delivery, and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. These providers process information only as needed to perform their function on our behalf. Any analytics we use is intended to help us understand aggregate usage, not to identify individuals.
Data retention and deletion
We retain contact correspondence only for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was sent, and then delete it. If you have contacted us and would like your message and details removed from our records, email us at hello@firefightlabs.com and we will delete them.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Where any of our applications is intended for or may be used by children, we design it to comply with applicable children’s privacy laws, and we describe its data practices in that application’s own documentation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
